Shawn New Years Eve 2005 (12/31/05)
This is my favorite cousin Shawn. Shawn's a senior at UW-Madison, my alma matter. I spent New Years Eve 2005 in Madison with some friends. We went downtown for a few drinks. Shawn works on a bar on State Street so I told him I'd stop in and see him if I was in town. It's a pretty cool bar and I was glad to see him. New Years Eve always has a surreal quality to it to me, so seeing my "little" cousin who I remember being born and took to see many Disney movies, working at a bar on State Street is a kind of weird, but way cool, way to end 2005! |
