Absorbed (10/9/04)
This is the sixth and final shot in my Fall 1 series, taken at the local park, here in Wrightstown, WI, less than a mile from my house, just along the Fox River.

There's something really special to me, when the trees filter the sun, and you can see actual beams of sunlight. It's breathtaking. That, coupled with having just about every fall color in the trees for this shot, really makes it special to me.

I never realized how beautiful that park was until I spent a few hours there that fall day, escaping from my sadness for awhile, absorbed in the beauty of Mother Nature.
