Milwaukee

Shot on the way to Milwaukee Summerfest to see Prince. I distinctly
remember my friend Splash pointing out this bridge, saying it
would make a cool photograph. I took this picture on the fly,
as I was walking, totally off the cuff. I'm sure this has been
shot a million times, and is probably a total cliche, but here's
my versoin of it. I like how this monstrous structure juts through
the sky, really becoming a very abstract design. I also love
the dichotomy of the harsh steel and concrete on top of the powder
blue sky. Good call on the shot, Splash! |
