Lake Emily (7/99) Another one of my favorite places in the world. This is at Lake Emily in Florence, WI, at my aunt and uncle's cottage. I've been going up there in the summer's as long as I can remember. This was shot sometime during the 4th of July weekend of the summer of '99. I don't get up there nearly as much as I'd like to anymore, but usually make a point of it during the 4th of July when the whole family goes up. Another sunset pic, but there's something magical to me when the sky turns that pinkish-purple color. This is the closest I've come to being under a blood red sky.
